WHAT’S INCLUDED?

Our warranty covers any damage resulting from defects in workmanship, such as the pulling out of straps, delamination of sole layers, or frayed or loose stitching on uppers, footbeds, or logos.

WHAT’S NOT COVERED?

Please note that our warranty does not extend to the discolouration of leather, deterioration from water exposure, cuts, scratches, damage from usage, or normal wear and tear. Any issues not listed above will be solely determined by our meticulous Quality Control team.
