Returns/Refund Policy

At Action, our shoes are crafted to meet exceptional standards, ensuring each product is fail-safe against any defects in workmanship. We consistently strive to address our customers' satisfaction fairly and reasonably, offering you the flexibility to return a product if it falls short of your expectations.


How can I initiate a return?

At Action, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase.Β Products may be returned within 14 days of order delivery. If you need to return a product, please follow the steps below:

Log in to Your Account: Log in to your Action Shoes account using your phone number or email address.

Navigate to the "Orders" Section: After logging in, navigate to the "Orders" section of your account.

Select the Order: Find the order that contains the item you want to return.

Request a Return:
  • Click on the "Request return" button located under the item you want to return.
  • In the return request form, select a reason for the return from the dropdown menu. (Optional, you can also provide a note explaining your reason for the return.)

Submit the Return Request: Once you have filled out the necessary details, click on the "Request return" button to submit your return request.

Our team will review your return request and get back to you with further instructions.

Requests must accompany images to be entertained. Additionally, requests made after 14 days from the delivery date will not be accepted. Once a return request is successfully placed, our team will monitor it, and if all conditions are met, we will arrange a reverse pick-up.


The following products are not eligible for return:

Any product returned without its original packaging and all other items included at delivery time.

Worn or washed items.


Essential Conditions for Return Requests:


All items must be unused and in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

If a purchased item comes with a gift/offer and you want to return the main item, the free product must also be returned.

A return request can be placed only once per order.

If a return request is rejected after a physical quality check by the Action team, the customer is not eligible for a refund. If the customer still wishes to receive the merchandise, Action will courier it to the required address, with logistic and handling costs borne by the customer and paid in advance.


REFUNDS

How will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned items in our warehouse, provided the customer is eligible for a refund.

For prepaid orders, refunds will be issued to the source account/method or as Store Credit (coupon code) with a one-year expiration date.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued to the bank account details provided during the refund request or as a Store credit (coupon code) with a one-year expiration date.
